Metro is Cleveland Metro Life Flight. I believe they have an air base in Akron Canton area still that is the closest. They typically must fly to the closest open trauma center that is available. In this case depending on conditions and who is open it could be north or south.

anyone listening? Just gave some very sad news. I THINK I heard them give a description of the cars involved. But not sure if I heard the second car correctly. They are calling for another medic on the first accident. They need a total of three medics, two already on scene.
