My nephew who works for AEP sent this along...
He just graduated with a MA in business, so when he says the EPA demand for new scrubbers will increase you bill from 10 - 30%, you can believe it will be so...

"The EPA's proposed HAPs rule does not provide utilities with enough time to permit, design, construct and install the pollution controls needed to comply. Urge the EPA to develop more flexible control guidelines so that electricity prices will not increase any more than necessary. Comments are due Thursday. http://bit.ly/k1oo6h"
