QuoteFreshwater's attorney, R. Kelly Hamilton, had argued that Freshwater would be denied his due process rights to defend himself if school-board president Ian Watson and board member Jody Goetzman weren't forced to testify and produce documents.Since they have gotten away with their BS, Then Freshwater should be given back his job along with all the lost back pay.

I personally don't believe that he is the only one here that may have made mistakes. I believe that if these two are refusing to testify, they must have something to hide from the public. I doubt that the facts will ever come out unless these two do testify under oath. But then, there is such a thing as lying on the stand too.

At best their memories are curiously impaired.I suggest that rabbit read the documentation on the mandamus matter available on the Supreme Court's site before throwing reckless accusations around.
Please post the site for me. Thank you.
Very few paths in this life are short or easy. If we (adults) are the injured party, then the choice is ours - to fight for the justice or quit. But when it is a child who has been injured, then we must see the path through to the end, however difficult or long, until the predator is removed. ~ only my view ~
