If its foggy and a certain vis around the base they were going to lift from they will not fly. The traffic cams that I saw from various places, some of them were foggy or hazy. Other than that, wind was not an issue. Spent several years flying with St. Vincent's Lifeflight and doing ground transports in NW Ohio. Unless you look at the site of who is available to see their weather then you don't know. I know I already heard Metro and a St. Vincent's on the radio this morning on my drive to Columbus. They got above any conditions and had good vis where they were.
