Quote
Freshwater's attorney, R. Kelly Hamilton, had argued that Freshwater would be denied his due process rights to defend himself if school-board president Ian Watson and board member Jody Goetzman weren't forced to testify and produce documents.
Since they have gotten away with their BS, Then Freshwater should be given back his job along with all the lost back pay.
Umm two courts have now said it is not BS but completely legal! Why would he get his job back?

I personally don't believe that he is the only one here that may have made mistakes. I believe that if these two are refusing to testify, they must have something to hide from the public. I doubt that the facts will ever come out unless these two do testify under oath. But then, there is such a thing as lying on the stand too.

Yup, and we've seen several examples of that from Freshwater's supporters testifying under oath at the hearing.  At best their memories are curiously impaired.

I suggest that rabbit read the documentation on the mandamus matter available on the Supreme Court's site before throwing reckless accusations around.

This is too funny - from the MV News today

Hearing referee R. Lee Shepherd confirmed Tuesday that the hearing will not resume until the Ohio Supreme Court rules on Freshwater’s Writ of Mandamus application. It is not known how long that will take.....

“John very much wants to resume and conclude the hearing as his career, and part of his life, have been put on hold,” Freshwater attorney Kelly Hamilton said. “If the two school board members had testified we would have finished the hearing by now.

Court denies Freshwater attempt to force school board members to testify

Hey Hamilton, ya whack job - you lose - the Supreme Court said you can't force those guys to testify....now stop stalling and get on with the hearing - PLEASE :(

Very few paths in this life are short or easy.

If we (adults) are the injured party, then the
choice is ours - to fight for the justice or
          quit.

But when it is a child who has been injured,
then we must see the path through to the
end, however difficult or long, until the
          predator is removed.

I spotted Freshwater selling veggies at the First Merit Bank on Coshocton Avenue.
I can't imagine that Freshwater supporters are able to keep him going in this economy, if they have him selling from the back of his car.
It's not like he's going to win.  He's running out of straws, legally, to grasp.

The guy obviously enjoys being portrayed as a "martyr"

His attorney is as nutz as he is as evidenced by the below, which is a direct quote from nutcase  R. Kelley Hamilton
Everybody in this world is given an opportunity to be obedient at any given time, and it just so happens that I’ve known for several years prior to this event taking place that God made it very clear that one day I would be arguing about the First Amendment as it relates to His Bible. I’ve known this and I can’t wait to share that with others. But, you know, for anybody that doubts God’s intervention in this particular matter, they simply have to recall chapter 6 in Ephesians and the spiritual battle and the [bounty?] that is being fought. The symbolism is so great in this particular case. Recognize that “fresh water,” of course, represents baptism, and that’s exactly .. that’s John’s last name. There is a .. the opposing attorney in this particular case, his last name is Millstone. All you need to do is go to the book of Luke, and when you take a look at the book of Luke it will say, you know, “It would be better for someone to put a mill stone around their neck than to keep these little ones from me.” Then, of course, the judge’s last name in this particular case, his last name is Shepherd. So you start putting some of the symbolism together just on the names, you start to see some of the unique intervention that God has had in this particular matter.

Can anyone in this town actually still be taking these people seriously?  $300,000 down the drain of school monies that could have better been used to educate our children......because of Freshwater's EGO?  The guy breached his contract; he tried to push his own religious agenda on his students - if he wants to push such an agenda he needs to find employment in a parochial setting, NOT a public secotr

Someone needs to send Freshwater and his attorney packing.......quickly......the Ohio Supreme Court unanimously shot down Freshwater's attorney's latest tactic last week - it's time ot GIVE IT UP guys
